Staff qualifications in every licensed early childhood education and care center as well as school age programs are defined by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education.
Documentation of the amount of higher education a staff person has achieved with actual work experience is required by EEC prior to any individual being qualified for certain positions.
Each staff person undergoes the following scrutiny:

Background Records Check

CORI, a Criminal records check
-
Fingerprinting
-
Verification of work and personal references
In addition all staff are trained in First Aid as well as certified in CPR.
